Required Qualifications
- Attention to Detail:Strong visual focus to spot minor flaws in color, ink thickness, and placement.
- Experience:Prior background in garment decoration, screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, or general manufacturing.
- Communication Skills:Ability to clearly report defects and collaborate with press operators and production managers.
- Physical Stamina:Ability to stand for long shifts and occasionally lift boxes or garment bundles weighing up to 50 lbs.
