Repack Quality Control Associate

Position Summary
The Repack Quality Control Associate is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of products being repackaged within the warehouse. This role helps maintain customer satisfaction by identifying defects, confirming correct labeling and packaging, and ensuring all repack processes meet company standards and customer requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect products before, during, and after the repackaging process.
- Verify product quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and packaging specifications.
- Ensure all labels, barcodes, and product information are accurate and legible.
- Identify damaged, defective, or non-conforming products and report issues to supervisors.
- Conduct quality checks according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
- Work closely with repack associates to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Ensure repackaged products meet customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas to support quality standards.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications-
- Preferred previous warehouse, manufacturing, or quality control experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, labels, and product specifications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Working Conditions
- Warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Exposure to forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs
