Quality Control & Packing Technician

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Altamonte Springs

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control & Packing Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll inspect plated parts as they come off the production line, identify any quality issues, accurately track orders, and prepare finished products for shipment.

The right candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the small details, and can keep things moving in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

• Inspect plated parts coming off the production line to ensure they meet quality standards

• Identify and immediately report defects, irregularities, or plating issues to the Floor Manager

• Count, sort, organize, and track completed orders accurately

• Complete shipping paperwork and documentation correctly and on time

• Package finished parts safely and according to company standards

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area

• Follow all company safety and production procedures

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and punctual — 6:00 AM start time

• Dependable transportation to and from work

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Basic counting, documentation, and order-tracking skills

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Ability to stand and remain active throughout a 10-hour shift

• Comfortable working in a production/shop environment
