Quality Control Lead
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the quality control function, ensuring timely and accurate testing of materials and products
- Supervise, train, and support quality control technicians.
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results, deviations, and quality issues; support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain calibration and maintenance schedules for equipment and ensure proper functionality
- Monitor inventory supplies and coordinate procurement as needed
- Collaborate with production, operations, and quality assurance teams to address quality concerns and improve processes
- Support audits and inspections by preparing documentation and participating in walkthroughs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- 3–5 years of experience in a quality control environment within manufacturing.
- 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor others
- Ability to respond to quality issues in a fast-paced production environment
