Quality Control Associate
Mon.-Fri. 7am-3:30pm. Overtime as needed. $16.00/hr.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily receiving and administrative tasks for home decor merchandise.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and system records.
- Document product returns and transfers accurately.
- Maintain organized records for inventory control.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently during seasonal volume changes.
- Support team with additional warehouse and administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for accurate data entry.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify documentation errors.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
- Work independently following established procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for documenting discrepancies.
- Experience with RF scanners/handheld devices and pulling orders.
- Strong sense of accountability and pride in accuracy.
