Location: Ansonia, CT
Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay:$28–$32 per hour, depending on experience

Are you detail-oriented with a strong background in quality systems and compliance? We are seeking a Quality Compliance Specialist to join a manufacturing team in Ansonia, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys maintaining quality standards, supporting audits, and ensuring documentation and processes meet established requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review quality documentation, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Support the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure procedures are followed.

• Assist with internal and external audits and help ensure documentation meets applicable standards.

• Identify compliance gaps, document findings, and support corrective and preventive actions.

• Work with quality and production teams to address issues and improve processes.

• Maintain accurate records and support traceability and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Help ensure company procedures and quality requirements are consistently followed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality assurance, quality compliance, or a manufacturing quality environment.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to review documentation, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Computer skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with quality systems, audits, and corrective actions is preferred.
