Schedule will be - Day Shift – 6 am to 6 pm
12hrs rotation schedule
Schedule every 2 weeks.
Mon-Tue – work
Wednesday & Thursday – OFF
Friday – Saturday- work
Sunday – work
Monday – Tuesday – Off
Wednesday & Thursday – work
Friday, Saturday & Sunday – OFF
Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections and testing of products throughout the production process.
- Inspect raw materials, work-in-process materials, and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Perform measurements using calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
- Collect product samples and perform required quality checks.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
- Identify and report defective or nonconforming products.
- Place products on hold when quality requirements are not met.
- Communicate quality concerns to Production and Quality Management.
- Assist with identifying the root cause of quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Follow established SOPs, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with audits and other quality-related activities as needed.
