Quality Assurance (QA) Associate – 2nd Shift

Long-Term Contract Assignment
We are currently hiring for a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate for a long-term contract opportunity with a well-established manufacturing facility in Orange, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, quality control experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine quality checks on products and materials throughout the production process
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and GMP regulations
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, consistency, and defects
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Assist with investigations related to product quality issues and non-conformance reports
- Communicate quality concerns to production and management teams
- Support internal audits and help maintain regulatory compliance
- Work closely with production staff to ensure quality standards are consistently met
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or manufacturing preferred
- Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional technical training is a plus
