JOB SUMMARY
Perform CMM dimensional checks of product that is currently being produced in the manufacturing Department. Complete hard gaging inspections if required by the control plan. Notify manufacturing of problems or potential problems in a timely fashion.
EDUCATION
Minimum reading skills; basic math skills; blue print reading; CMM Level I
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB
Run CMM daily programs for frequency specified
Assist Inspectors as required in training
Participate in problem investigation for causes of problems with QEs, Inspectors
Attend Production meetings as needed.
OTHER FUNCTIONS OF JOB
Assist in metal testing as necessary
Backup as Final Inspector as necessary
Assist in purchasing requisitions as necessary
Assist in completion tags as necessary
Other job duties as assigned
