Nesco Resource is seeking a Punch Press Operator
to join a manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. This role is responsible for producing high-quality parts on punch press equipment while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has prior punch press experience and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press equipment to produce quality parts
- Ensure parts meet company quality standards and customer specifications
- Monitor production output against work order goals and timelines
- Complete required inspections and production paperwork
- Communicate equipment, safety, or workflow concerns to management
- Notify management of maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all QMS and safety procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Previous punch press experience required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Safety-conscious mindset
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and organizational skills
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $30.00/Hour (Based On Exp.)
Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday – Friday
