As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of special Pricing Project for the Government End Use Pricing organization under Commercial Excellence. You will report directly to the Pricing team Sr Manager.
In this role, you will be leading a small team of pricing analysts in refreshing proposals. You will need strong financial acumen and be able to lead and mentor analysts for timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or related roles
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee complex programs
Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business or related field
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment

Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or can obtain an export authorization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Re-pricing of FAR 12 and FAR 15 Cost Proposals using labor and material estimates.
Lead and oversee the execution of the project.
Ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Utilize project management tools and processes to maximize program performance.
Manage and deliver pricing programs within scope, schedule, and budget
Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success
Ensure pricing proposals meet customer needs and are compliant with FAR 15 and FAR 12
Provide leadership and guidance to program teams
Participate in Big Room Planning Sessions with Cross Functional teams
Monitor and report program performance metrics
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices
