As a Project Manager of Pricing, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of Pricing Programs and Projects for the Government End Use Pricing organization under Commercial Excellence. You will report directly to the Director of Pricing Operations. The project portfolio will synergize pricing operations, Integrated Supply Chain, IT, and Engineering.

In this role, your impact will be comprehensive, encompassing strategic direction, program execution, team leadership, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation, compliance, and program growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop system capable of pricing FAR 12 and FAR 15 Cost Proposals using labor and material estimates.
Lead and oversee the execution of complex pricing programs
Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives
Utilize project management tools and processes to maximize program performance
Manage and deliver pricing programs within scope, schedule, and budget
Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success
Ensure pricing proposals meet customer needs and are compliant with FAR 15 and FAR 12
Provide leadership and guidance to program teams
Participate in Big Room Planning Sessions with Cross Functional teams
Monitor and report program performance metrics
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices

QUALIFICATIONS
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related roles
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee complex projects
Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

We Value
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desired.
Experience using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
