Production Worker – 1st Shift
Oberlin, Ohio
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Oberlin, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for stable first shift hours and long-term employment in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general production and assembly duties
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Package and prepare materials for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Strong attention to detail and attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Steel toe boots required
- Reliable transportation required
