We’re looking for a dependable Machine Operator with mechanical experience to join a growing production team making paper bags. If you enjoy troubleshooting, keeping equipment running, and taking pride in quality work, this could be the opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:

Operate and monitor machinery used in paper bag production

Make machine adjustments and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs

Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency

Stack, sort, label, and prepare products for shipment
-
Load and unload materials and assist with production needs

Follow production orders and maintain accurate inventory records

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For:

Previous mechanical or machine operation experience is REQUIRED

High school diploma or GED
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

Dependable attendance and the ability to work well independently and with a team
