Pay:$17.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Thursday: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Nesco Resource is hiring Production Associates for a growing lumber and pallet manufacturing company. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:

Cut lumber and assemble pallets
-
Band and tag finished products
-
Perform quality inspections
-
Complete production paperwork
-
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all safety procedures
-
Assist with inventory and other production duties as needed
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or manual labor experience preferred

Ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks

Forklift experience is a plus but not required

Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn
