What You'll Do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust industrial machinery used in paper bag production

• Perform machine setups, mechanical adjustments, and basic troubleshooting

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency

• Stack, sort, label, and prepare products for shipping

• Load and unload raw materials while keeping production running efficiently

• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and inventory procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude or machine operation experience required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically active work, including standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motion

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset
