Production Worker

Nesco Resource is hiring Production Workers for a manufacturing company in Towanda, PA. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door we will train you!
Pay:
- $20.00/hr -1st shift
- $20.50/hr – 2nd & 3rd Shifts
- Overtime every week!
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- 12 days on, 2 days off
- Built-in overtime = bigger paychecks
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
What You'll Do:
- Load and unload machines
- Monitor machines to keep them running smoothly
- Make simple adjustments (training provided)
- Inspect parts for quality
- Package and label finished products
- Keep your area clean and safe
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and ready to work
- Willing to learn (no experience needed)
- Comfortable working on your feet
- Team player with a good attitude
- High School Diploma or Ged required
