Position Summary
The Production Operator II is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging raw materials and finished products while maintaining quality and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role may require working in a cleanroom environment and accurately completing production records. The position works under moderate supervision and is expected to follow established procedures while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Essential Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Label and package products according to company procedures and specifications.
- Complete and maintain production documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Work effectively in a cleanroom environment while following gowning and contamination control procedures, as required.
- Report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic documentation and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, when required.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing and/or cleanroom environment.
- Moderate supervision.
- May require standing for extended periods and handling production materials
