Production Worker – 2nd Shift
Oberlin, Ohio
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Oberlin, Ohio. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are looking for long-term employment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general production and assembly duties
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Steel toe boots required
- Reliable transportation required
