Production Technician – Cleanroom Manufacturing

Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85255
Pay Rate:$19.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday
Hours: 4:00 AM–2:30 PM (4x10 Schedule)
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Overtime: As needed

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Production Technician with cleanroom experience to join our manufacturing team in Scottsdale, AZ.

This position is responsible for manufacturing products, supporting daily production operations, assisting with production equipment installation and maintenance, and building prototypes.

The ideal candidate has previous cleanroom experience, follows instructions carefully, and is interested in a long-term opportunity with potential for extension or conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture products according to established production requirements.
• Support daily manufacturing operations and assist with resolving production issues.
• Assist with the installation and qualification of production equipment.
• Support equipment maintenance activities to ensure continued production operations.
• Build prototypes as required.
• Follow instructions and direction from the Manufacturing Supervisor or designated management.
• Assist in other manufacturing areas as needed to support production goals.

Required Qualifications

• Previous cleanroom experience is required. Experience in any type of cleanroom environment will be considered.
• Dependable, reliable, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and management.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment and follow all required cleanroom procedures.
• Ability to work the assigned Monday–Thursday schedule and overtime when necessary.
• Interest in a long-term manufacturing opportunity.

Cleanroom Requirements

This position requires working in a controlled cleanroom manufacturing environment. All candidates must be willing and able to follow the facility's cleanroom dress code, personal hygiene standards, and restrictions.

Personal Care & Cosmetics

• Makeup, cosmetics, lip balm, perfume, cologne, and scented body lotions or sprays are not permitted in manufacturing areas.
• Unauthorized topical applications on exposed skin are prohibited.
• Nail polish and artificial nails are not permitted.
• Personal grooming is not allowed in manufacturing areas.

Jewelry & Hair Coverings

• Dangling jewelry, including bracelets and necklaces, must not be worn outside the enclosed smock.
• Earrings extending beyond the earlobe must be covered by a bonnet, hair cover, or hood.
• Hats or caps with brims or visors are not permitted underneath hair bonnets.
• Hair bands, headscarves, and hair clips may be worn to secure hair underneath approved cleanroom head coverings.

Clothing & Footwear

• Bare legs must remain covered at all times in manufacturing areas.
• Open-toed shoes are prohibited.
• Socks, stockings, tights, or similar coverings must be worn to ensure the skin of the feet is covered.
• Long-fiber sweaters are not permitted in manufacturing areas.

Personal Electronics

• Personal cell phones and other personal electronic devices are prohibited in manufacturing areas.
• Personal electronic devices must be stored in an assigned locker or vehicle.
