Summary:
Nesco Resource is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the renewable energy industry to hire Production Techs as long term temps. This is a great opportunity for hands-on individuals looking to build their manufacturing skills and grow their careers in an innovative industry.
Shift:
- 3 rd Shift: Friday – Sunday (3 X 12): 5:30AM – 6:00 PM – 12% Shift Differential
- $18 - 20 /hour (based on experience) + 12% shift differential on 3 rd shift.
- Hand assemble a variety of sub-systems and components.
- Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions.
- Operate hand tools and power tools for assembly and validation work.
- Operate material handling equipment as required; training/certification provided.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during the manufacturing process.
- Follow all Environmental Health & Safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
- Complete manufacturing documentation as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
- One year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
- Strong manual dexterity.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to work overtime and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Basic computer skills.
- Quality-focused and detail-oriented.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
