About the Role We are seeking detail-oriented Production Technicians to join our team assembling life-saving medical devices in a cleanroom environment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing setting where precision and care directly impact patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble high-quality medical devices according to strict procedures and specifications
- Perform in-process quality checks and inspections
- Follow detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in a controlled cleanroom environment
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but training will be provided
Important Cleanroom Requirements To maintain our strict cleanroom standards, the following are not permitted in manufacturing areas:
- Makeup, cosmetics, lip balm, perfume, cologne, or scented lotions
- Nail polish or artificial nails
- Dangling jewelry (bracelets, necklaces, etc.)
- Open-toed shoes
- Bare legs (must be covered at all times)
All necessary gowning (smocks, hair covers, etc.) will be provided.
