Production Support Technician
Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Production Support Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and shipment of industrial networking and automation products. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, working with hardware and software, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality products that help customers improve their industrial operations.
This position offers exposure to embedded systems, industrial communications, networking technologies, and manufacturing processes while working closely with engineering, operations, and customer support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble, configure, and test industrial networking and automation products
Support and maintain the shipping, receiving, and material handling activities
Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred
Experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, industrial automation, or technical support environments
Basic understanding of computer networking concepts and troubleshooting
Familiarity with electronic components, hardware testing, and diagnostic tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with embedded systems or industrial automation products
Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and testing procedures
