We are looking for a reliable and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure production goals are met, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Production Supervisor - 1st Shift
Responsibilities:

Supervise employees and ensure production schedules are met.

Assign work, train new employees, and monitor performance.

Resolve production issues and improve productivity.

Maintain quality standards, records, and safe work practices.

Ensure good housekeeping and compliance with safety procedures.
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
5–10 years of manufacturing experience.
-
At least 2 years of management experience.

Forklift license and HazWOPER training required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with plating specs and company spec library
- Working knowledge of our plating process characteristics and limitations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
