Job Description:
* Effectively manage the production plan to meet daily build rates and ensure date fidelity on finish dates.
* Ensure adequate material availability and capacity availability prior to release of production orders to operations.
* Monitor production operations progress to ensure that build execution is occurring as planned.
* Drive actions to address and resolve aging orders (aged WIP).
* Act as the focal point for reporting and resolving all issues impacting production schedule execution.
* Develop (if needed) and monitor recovery plans.
* Lead/support efforts to understand root cause and corrective actions for process failures relating to execution of the production plan.
* Participate in tiered accountability process
