- Maintain accurate project documentation, ERP records, and scheduling information.
Customer & Internal Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact regarding production schedules, project status, and delivery expectations.
- Communicate schedule updates, milestones, risks, and recovery plans to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships while coordinating priorities across Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Quality, and Shipping.
- Lead production scheduling and project review meetings.
- Coordinate freight scheduling and shipping documentation for completed orders.
Manufacturing Coordination
- Partner closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Planning, Quality, and Shipping to support on-time delivery.

- Recommend schedule adjustments, resource allocation, overtime, or other recovery actions when needed.
- Support manufacturing leadership by providing visibility into production priorities and delivery risks.
- Help resolve manufacturing challenges that could impact customer commitments.
Continuous Improvement
- Improve production scheduling accuracy, workflow efficiency, and project execution processes.
- Monitor KPIs including schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.
