Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust production machinery for optimal performance, including equipment setup and changeovers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, including logs, statistics, and material flow tracking.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards through first-piece inspections and production control chart maintenance.
- Assist in training team members by demonstrating operational procedures and production tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production process issues, adjust equipment as needed, and report data to supervisors.
- Follow company policies to maintain consistent operations and report necessary changes.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Support team objectives by achieving related production goals as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in safety management.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
- Experience with manufacturing quality standards and tooling.
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures.
- Keen attention to detail.
