About the Opportunity

We are hiring Production Operators for a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a production setting and take pride in producing quality work.

The position is 1st shift, with the schedule expected to increase to 12-hour days, 6 days per week beginning in mid-October through the end of the year.

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures
• Monitor the production process and ensure products meet quality standards
• Perform production, assembly, packaging, labeling, and other tasks as assigned
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and defects
• Load and move materials throughout the production area
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete production paperwork and documentation as required
• Meet daily production and quality expectations
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to keep production moving efficiently
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or production problems to the appropriate supervisor

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Available to work 1st shift and 12-hour days, 6 days per week
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Commitment to safety and quality
