Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our 1st Shift team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from machines.
- Set up and adjust machines as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues to a supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Accurately complete production and quality paperwork.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality.
- Perform other general production duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Must be able to wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines.
