Production Operator
Pay:$20.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow work instructions and production schedules.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Accurately complete production documentation.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic math and communication skills.
