Production Operator (1st Shift)

Location: Avon, OH
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay:$20.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production equipment, inspect finished products, maintain quality standards, and support daily production goals while following all safety procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a team environment, and is committed to producing high-quality products.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications.
• Complete production records and accurately document work performed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and basic preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
