Machine Operator – Avon, OH
Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Avon, Ohio. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, inspecting products for quality, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe and efficient environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products and identify defects.
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products for packaging or further processing.
- Complete production reports and maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance or supervisors of major concerns.
- Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
