Production Associate – 2nd Shift

Location: Oberlin, Ohio
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates for a 2nd shift opportunity in Oberlin, Ohio. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely
• Assemble and inspect products according to company standards
• Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with lifting, moving, and handling materials as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Requirements

• Steel toe boots required
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements
