We are currently hiring Entry-Level Machine Operators / Production Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing no prior machine operating experience required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic production and machine equipment
- Load and unload materials into machines
- Monitor machines to ensure proper operation
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic assembly and packaging tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Meet daily production goals and expectations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Entry-level – training provided
- Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail
