Summary
Production Machinist needed in Irwin, PA! Operate manual machines, read blueprints, and produce quality parts in a hands-on manufacturing environment. All skill levels are welcome, with opportunities to learn and grow.
Job Duties
- Complete short production runs from beginning to end, including setup, operation and completion of parts.
- Read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Operate manual machines to produce simple, quality parts.
- Look for ways to improve processes and reduce setup and cycle times.
- Deburr and complete parts when production time permits.
- Perform daily 5S activities to keep the work area clean, safe and organized.
- Follow production schedules and complete work on time.
- Meet established productivity, utilization, quality, scrap and rework goals.
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
- Perform other duties within your skill set as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a preemployment screening

(3:30PM - 1:30AM, Monday – Thursday)
4 DAY WORK WEEK
Salary
$19/hour to $33/hour based on experience
