In this role, you will operate production machinery, monitor product quality, and help ensure our manufacturing process runs safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Read and interpret job orders and production instructions.
- Use a ruler or tape measure to verify basic measurements.
- Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery.
- Monitor film throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform routine minor press maintenance.
- Work with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Use basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, for production-related tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Experience
Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required! We provide training
for candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
Pay: $18/hour
