We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Inventory Coordinator to support manufacturing operations by serving as a liaison between Production and Warehouse teams. This position is responsible for inventory accuracy, material allocation, production order support, and inventory reconciliation within SAP. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, and the ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize RF scanning equipment to allocate materials to production orders.
• Use SAP to track inventory transactions, material consumption, and production activity.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies within SAP.
• Coordinate material movement between warehouse and production operations.
• Communicate inventory issues, shortages, and discrepancies to management.
• Support production teams by ensuring materials are available and accurately allocated.
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliation activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to inventory transactions.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and management teams to support operational goals.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, production support, or manufacturing coordination.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Experience utilizing RF scanners and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Experience
• Manufacturing or food production environment experience.
• Inventory reconciliation and cycle count experience.
• SAP inventory transaction experience.
• Material allocation and production support experience.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays as needed
