Production Worker – Job Description
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, package, and inspect products according to company standards.
- Load and unload materials and components from production equipment.
- Monitor machines during production and report mechanical or quality issues.
- Perform visual inspections to identify defective or damaged products.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
- Use hand tools and power tools as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Move materials and finished products throughout the production area.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements.
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
