Looking for a full-time job with steady hours and built-in time off? Nesco Resource is hiring Production Associates for a clean, fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Horseheads, NY.
Shift Options:
- Day Shift: 5:45AM–6:00PM
- Night Shift: 5:45PM–6:00AM
- 2-2-3 Schedule Rotation
- Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend!
Pay:
- Starting at $18/hr
Job Duties:
- Pack and palletize finished snack products
- Check labels, dates, and packaging for accuracy
- Keep production areas clean and organized
- Assist with machine changeovers and material setup
- Follow safety and food quality guidelines
- Work as part of a team to keep production moving
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance is important
- High School Diploma or GED required
