Assist with growing, caring for, and preparing plants for shipment.
1st Shift:
Monday - Friday 7AM-5PM & Saturday, 7AM-3PM
2nd Shift:
Monday-Friday: 4PM-2AM
Pay:
$17/hr. - Paid Weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Plant, pot, label, water, and move plants.
- Pull and prepare customer orders.
- Load and unload plants, supplies, and trucks.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull carts up to 200 lbs.
- Stand, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
- Available for overtime and Saturdays during peak season.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
Work Environment
- Greenhouse, nursery, and outdoor settings with seasonal temperatures.
- Frequent lifting, walking, bending, and moving products.
