Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Production Associates to support manufacturing operations. Production Associates will work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, assisting with production processes, operating equipment, inspecting products, packaging materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
This position requires a willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule either 1st or 3rd shift.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products
- Follow established production procedures and work instructions
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and proper specifications
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or the next stage of production
- Perform basic machine adjustments and notify leadership of equipment issues
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (3 days or nights 1 week and 4 the next)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be safety-minded and willing to follow all company safety procedures
