We're looking for a dependable Production Associate to support light manufacturing and assembly operations. You'll help assemble, package, and prepare products while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
What You'll Do:

Assemble components, cap and repack bottles, and build product kits.

Work independently or as part of an assembly line to meet production goals.

Record daily production accurately using basic computer/ERP systems.

Report defective parts or equipment issues to supervisors.

Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.

Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Communicate with team members to maintain speed and accuracy.

Support production and customer service goals.

Perform other duties as needed.
What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on work.
