Nesco Resource is looking for a Production Associate in Waterbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Shift:
Monday-Thursday 7AM-5PM
Pay:$16.94/hr
Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important role in producing high-quality products while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform production and assembly tasks according to work instructions
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
