Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality frames through measuring, cutting, assembly, packaging, and material handling processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment including saws and cutting tools safely and efficiently
- Measure and cut frame materials to precise specifications using tape measures and rulers
- Assemble frames and related components according to company quality standards
- Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished products
- Inspect products for accuracy, defects, and overall quality
- Package and prepare completed orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow schedules and meet daily output goals
- Assist with inventory movement and material handling as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Previous manufacturing, production, woodworking, or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure and ruler
- Basic math skills, including measuring, addition, subtraction, and fractions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and move 50–60 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand movements
- Comfortable working around machinery and production equipment
