Summary:
Nesco Resource is seeking Production Associates
to support film converting and packaging operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves operating a variety of equipment while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn and grow within a production setting. Opportunity for permanent hire based on performance.
Pay Rate:
- $20.00/Hour
Shift:
- Rotating 12-Hour Swing Schedule
- 2 Day Shifts
- 2 Overnight Shifts
- 4 Days Off
- Must be available for schedule changes and overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities:

Complete required operator training programs

Operate film converting and packaging equipment

Rotate between various positions as needed

Work in both darkroom and lightroom environments

Follow strict operational safety procedures and quality standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Obtain and maintain powered industrial truck (fork truck) certification

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Work overtime as required
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Some college coursework or Associate's Degree preferred

Manufacturing or technical experience preferred but not required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented team player with good manual dexterity

Ability to read and follow job-related materials and instructions

Ability to work rotating shifts including overnights
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
