Job Description and Requirements
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. This position will begin training on 3rd shift and transition to 1st shift once training is complete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production operations and workflow
- Operate basic machinery and assist with production tasks
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in various areas of production as needed
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Willingness to train on 3rd shift and transition to 1st shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
- Good attendance and strong work ethic
Pay:
$17.00-17.50/hour
Shift:
Training: 3rd Shift
Sun-Thu form 10pm-6am
Transition to:
Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
