Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collect, verify, and enter employee time and labor records.
- Prepare work order documentation and production packets for manufacturing teams.
- Generate packing documentation for outgoing orders.
- Create labels and identification markers required for production.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with purchasing to help expedite shipments.
- Review assembly-related orders and ensure associated work orders are opened, updated, and closed accurately.
- Collaborate with production, inventory, and customer support teams to ensure orders are completed on time and meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate production and work order records.
- Investigate and verify inventory or production discrepancies, including part counts when needed.
- Monitor and replenish workplace and operational supplies as necessary.
- Utilize ERP software and Microsoft Office applications daily to support production and inventory activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
