Production Associate – Digital Print | 2nd Shift

Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Location: Stratford, CT

Are you looking for a hands-on position with a growing manufacturing company? We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team in a fast-paced digital printing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.

What You'll Do

• Assist with digital printing and production processes.
• Prepare, organize, and inspect printed materials for accuracy and quality.
• Verify job counts and production requirements.
• Work with production equipment to meet daily manufacturing goals.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work independently while supporting the production team as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in printing, mailing, manufacturing, or production is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills to verify quantities and job counts.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• English or bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be available to work overtime as needed.
