Production Associate – Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Shift Options

2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM Pay rate:$18.75
Associates are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus of $0.50 per hour for perfect attendance.
Position Summary
The Production Associate operates equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. This position works closely with team leads, coordinators, and management to ensure smooth operations on the production floor.
Job Duties

Perform assembly work on plastic blow-molded fuel tanks in a production environment

Operate equipment safely while meeting production and quality standards

Inspect product and identify non-conforming materials

Report production interruptions and equipment concerns

Follow company policies and procedures related to safety, environmental standards, and operations

Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or technical production experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable attendance is required

Ability to work well in a team environment

Ability to read and understand safety procedures, operating instructions, and work documents

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Frequent bending, walking, and climbing stairs

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures depending on the season

Exposure to manufacturing noise; hearing protection required
Work Environment / PPE

Steel-toed shoes required at all times

Safety glasses with side shields required

Additional PPE required based on job assignment

Facility temperatures vary with outside weather conditions
Schedule & Overtime

Regular schedule is 40 hours per week

Overtime required based on production demands

Mandatory overtime may include weekends and holidays
