Job Summary
We are seeking a Production Associate to support daily manufacturing operations, including material preparation, weighing, packaging, and machine operation. This entry-level position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, weigh, and package materials according to production specifications.

Set up and operate basic manufacturing and packaging equipment.

Assist Production Operators with materials and daily production needs.

Inspect, label, and package finished products.

Clean equipment and maintain an organized work area.

Complete required production paperwork accurately.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

At least 1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

Basic reading, math, and problem-solving skills.

Forklift experience or certification preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Must be able to frequently lift up to 55 lbs.

May be required to handle heavier materials with appropriate equipment or assistance.

Comfortable working around machinery, dust, chemicals, and varying noise levels.

Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
